The self-help bike shop is in the basement of the E-building. The shop is at the back end of the bike garage.
You have two routes:
By bike: You can take the ramp left of the white stairs behind the E-building (across from the kindergarten).
By foot: You can take the elevator in the E-building to the 1st floor (basement).
